'Cows Ought Not To Eat Nuts Till Sunday' or C O N T E N T S, began as a need to begin AND complete something.
From an initial offering that focused on relieving some inner parts of my psyche, it has evolved to become a years worth of zines that celebrate the great and natural pivot points of the year. Sharing poetry, art, words of insight, musings, mantras and more, I seek to explore what it means to be a human animal on planet Earth today.
